• Once you approve our quote, we’ll request a 50% deposit to secure your project and begin work promptly.
• We’ll carry out the work and provide you with a comprehensive report, outlining the system’s initial state, the actions we took, and the final results—so you have full visibility of the improvements made.
• Upon completion, we’ll issue the final invoice for the remaining 50%, payable once you’re satisfied with the results.

Are you a company or a freelance?

Tarsis.net is a Spanish company, fully registered within the European Union as an intracommunity operator. Since 2000, we’ve been providing expert services to businesses and professionals across Europe.

Do you charge VAT?

Under EU regulations, VAT is not applied to transactions between businesses in different member states. If you’re based in, for example, Austria, your invoice will be VAT-free. However, if you’re hiring us from Spain, we are required to apply the current Spanish VAT rate in accordance with local tax law.

Do you have experience in X, Y or Z technology?

Why should I trust you for system administration?

Will we require administrative access to your server?

It depends on the project. We only request the access we absolutely need, operating strictly on a need-to-know basis. Once our work is complete, we’ll ask you to revoke any temporary credentials immediately—ensuring your security remains our top priority.

As a rule of thumb, if we don't need access to your system, we don't want to have it.

Do you handle urgent projects, and is there an additional cost?

We do accommodate rush jobs, but please note we are not a 24/7 emergency service. Here’s how it works:

• We’ll first assess your requirements and provide a detailed quote.
• Once we agree on the terms and pricing, we’ll begin work on your server.
• If prioritising your project requires us to reschedule other commitments, the urgency will be reflected in the quote.

Transparency and fairness are key—we’ll always discuss and agree on any adjustments upfront.

What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?

We accept SEPA bank transfers and Paypal. We do not accept cryptocurrencies at the moment, sorry.

Quote form

We need to know details about your project and its current status so that we can properly assess the situation. We know that filling out forms isn't everybody's favorite pastime, but please remember that having the right information up front will save you time in the long run.

This form will ask you for some contact information and some technical details about the characteristics of your system and various situations that may require sysadmin intervention. Thank you for taking the time to fill out the form as accurately as possible.
